Today, C.M Kiw, the managing director and senior manager of  business development, together with three other senior managers heading the finance & accounts department, the business administration department and operations department form the main pillars of Buildfolio Global Pte Ltd.

All seniors managers are highly qualified personnel and experts in their fields of professional practices, bringing in with them at least 25 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of local regulations and codes. Every senior manager is responsible and leads their relative departments in ensuring the smooth functioning in scaling new heights for the company.

Our pool of workers is highly skilled and well trained in various construction trades. All our skilled workers are trained and equipped with a minimum two specialist’s trades of hand-on construction’s skills. Our ready pool of workers is of multi cultures, diverse skills, dynamics and discipline, coming together to form the “Hands and Legs” of our company.

Together as a team in Buildfolio Global Pte Ltd, we believe and practice continued staff trainings and profession as well as technological improvements. We also digitalize construction processes on top of constantly seeking oversea partnerships in developing and adopting new products in hopes of a future in sustainable building practices.
