Mr. C.M. Kiw has more than 35 years of rich working experience in the singapore construction industries. He started his early career as a geotechnical specialist, and later with many number of hands on working experiences in infrastructure, large residential building development, school construction, hotel building, commercial and residential upgrading and renovation projects.

He is the main pillar of the company contracts department and business development. He heads, leads and directs the company overall strategic growth and future directions.

A unwavering believer and dynamic progator in new technology, especially green technology. C.M. Kiw is actively seeking the partnership and incorporation of innovative technology into construction process to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Mr. Terrance Tan has more than 35 years of construction experience in many large infrastructures, buildings, conservation and restoration projects. His in-depth knowledge and comprehensive construction methodology has provided our construction team with clear and specific directions to execute work processes efficiently and effectively.

As operations and projects manager, Mr. Terrance Tan oversees and manages the construction team, trouble shooting and problem solving the work processes. His highly on-the-ground hands on approaches enable the team to achieve timely completion of projects within timeline and cost, with beauty and quality.

Ms. Veana Lee has more than 16 years of working experience handling a wide range of accounting and financial functions in various MNCs and industries. She is responsible for the overall accounting and financial management of the company.

Mr. Dominic Kiw has more than 30 years of working experience and have good working knowledge in business administration and human resource management. He is also well verse in the logistics arena.

In his early days career, he working in several international MNC’s to serve his clients in the field of international logistics and supply chain needs. He is responsible for the company overall internal office functions, operations and administration management.
