2016
Foundation
- Buildfolio Global Pte Ltd was established by the founder, MR. C.M. KIW, and his previous top management team of professional engineers, and skilled constructions employees to deliver and completed construction projects including HDB R & R , Terraces renovations, and Condominium MCST projects.
- Buildfolio Global first major project, as a main contractor, was started on renovation and refurbishment works for a condominium project and completed in early 2017.
2018 - 2017
Thriving
- Buildfolio Global secured and completed a R & R project for blocks of JTC industrial factories
- Buildfolio Global was consulted and completed a special painting with Rolls Royces factory
- Buildfolio Global first new construction of a residential project, semi- detached dwelling house with basement and attic, started. This project was 100% in-charged and managed and completed from beginning till end by Buildfolio Global as a main contractor
2019 - 2020
Pinnacle
- Buildfolio Global Pte Ltd was recommended, consulted and completed a special structural repair conservation project for a three stories heritage building. The project was awarded because of its founder and team of professional and skilled workers rich conservation and restoration working experiences, including the popular Red House Bakery project in Katong years ago.
- Buildfolio Global secured and completed a major R & R project, including upgrading, waterproofing, rectification and repainting for a condominium, MCST . The project was completed in March 2020
- Buildfolio Global was awarded as a main contractor to a new A & A project for a condominium , MCST. The project was completed in year December 2020.
2022 - 2021
Versatile
- Buildfolio Global was highly recommended and complete the interior renovation of an expensive unit in a condominium.
- Buildfolio Global supported to complete a major R & R project by HDB town council. It was completed in the same year.
- Buildfolio Global was a awarded a design, alternation and renovation project with a condominium MCST. The project was completed
- Buildfolio Global was awarded and completed a new construction “Design and Build” project, detached dwelling detached house with swimming pool. This project was 100% in-charged and managed and completed from beginning till end by Buildfolio Global as a main contractor.
- Buildfolio Global was nominated as a specialist to managed and completed a “Acoustic” special coating project for an office building.
